Mr. Rajiv Arora is a Chemical Engineer (BE) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and MBA (Marketing & Operations) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Mr. Arora has vast experience of over 38 years, in diverse industries including a stint of 2 years of international experience at Germany. He has been associated with National Peroxide Limited as CEO and Executive Director, since 2020 and is also designated as the Chief Operating Officer of BBTCL since 13th February, 2024.

He has worked with DCM Shriram Group prior to joining National Peroxide Limited from 2002 till 2020 and was the President & Business Head with Shriram Axiall Private Limited (a 50:50 Joint Venture between DCM Shriram Ltd and Westlake Chemicals Corporation, USA) from 2014 till 2020. Prior to that, he has worked for 17 years with companies like Ester Industries Limited, Ester Europe GmbH, SRF Limited, Modipon Fibres Limited and Grasim Industries Limited.
